Looks: Amazing like a good OG should. Lighter green with some dark green foliage some sparse rusty red pistils an abundant amount of trichromes give this bud a real sticky texture to it.
Smell: Smells like a pine tree soaked in a really pungent lemon cleaner. One of the best smelling OG’s I’ve ever picked up.
Taste: Kind of like the smell, except for less intense. Smooth lemon on the inhale and pine on the exhale.
Buzz type: Immediate. It starts in the head with a real heavy warm sensation instantly stupefying me then spreads gradually to the rest of my body in pulses. This good after-work/sleep time weed really potent stuff that puts me in zombie mode
Buzz length: Long – Very Long. A little over two hours for me. Although I imagine someone with a lower tolerance could keep this buzz going for 2.5 to 3 hours. Overall: This is the bud I fell in love with when I was visiting my sister in Santa Monica being from Northern California. I didn’t know what to expect from L.A. but this certainly lived up to my standards in both potency and affordability.
SFV OG is a sativa-dominant hybrid that is great for patients who need strong pain relief but don’t want to be stuck on the couch. As the name indicates, this OG Kush relative originates from California’s San Fernando Valley. Great smell. The pine and lemon earthiness that SFV exudes can be a bit harsh and bitter if smoked, so this strain is one to save for the vaporizer if consuming directly. Its indica body effects take a little longer to feel than the initial head haziness, but once they do, everything will feel fine.
